- Appointment of the meeting secretary
- Establishment of quorum (members present constitute the quorum)

- Adoption of the minutes of the last AGM (N/A)
- Submission of the annual activity report – by email
- Presentation and adoption of the financial report for the previous fiscal year - Treasurer
- Presentation and election of directors (proposed, seconded)
- Presentation and adoption of the general regulations (proposed, seconded)
